Job Summary
Conduct financial and operational performance analysis for project and service teams, translating complex data into actionable insights for Business Line Managers and the CFO. Manage the annual budget process, multi-year planning, and forecasting while analyzing variances between actual results and projections to identify risks and opportunities. Develop financial models, create management dashboards, and partner with technical teams to align commercial ambitions with operational realities. Report directly to the CFO and collaborate with colleagues across Germany and Bosch headquarters to drive process improvements and strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in Finance, Accountancy, Economie, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in controlling, financiële analyse of planning
- Ervaring met project- of servicegerichte organisaties
- Gevorderde kennis van Excel
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur AFAS
- Nederlands is je eerste taal of je beheerst het vloeiend
- De beheersing van het Engels is een vereiste
- Commanding the Dutch language (C2 level)
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met Power BI of vergelijkbare hulpmiddelen
- Ervaring in system integration, bouw of technische dienstverlening
- Kennis van projectresultaten, onderhanden werk en margesturing
- Inzicht in Nederlandse verslaggevingsregels
- Ervaring met het verbeteren van financiële processen
