Job Summary
Business Controller for ANS China with a strategic partner role to operations and commercial teams. Responsibilities include preparing and continuously updating project calculations for quotations, investments, site decisions, and product changes; providing financial perspective on regional strategy and profitability; transparently preparing key figures, cost transfers, and cost allocations for management presentations and customer negotiations; acting as interface between Controlling and Customer Center for pricing and cost optimization; supporting project managers in investment applications, forecasting, and budgeting; driving operational-to-strategic transitions and process ownership related to AUMOVIO standards across regions and functions.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years in financial planning & analysis and business support drive decision support and business initiative implementation
- University degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or business management. Professional qualification degree preferred but not a must-have
- Strong ownership and sense of collaboration
- Proven experience in Business Partnering
- Ability to align complex financial and performance information with various audiences
- Team player attitude and relationship-building skills
