Job Summary
Senior Analyst focused on risk management and end-to-end control environment for E-Trading, Digital Markets and QR businesses. Identifies and escalates issues, partners with the business for remediation, supports risk analysis and control execution, conducts control evaluation and testing with detailed scripts, manages the lifecycle of operational errors, and assists with meeting administration and data quality through production and distribution of materials, quality review of data, and tracking action items to closure. Strong analytical and communication skills, experience in financial services controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance, and familiarity with analytical/visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Python are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of relevant internship or business experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
