Business Control Executive - Global Technology Risk, Services & Controls

Oversee Global Technology central risk governance, including AIM processes, covered persons monitoring, and regulatory checks across the organization. Establish and maintain frameworks for Business Electronic Communications Retention and Enterprise Services Taxonomy to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards and regulatory requirements. Act as an ambassador for risk culture by monitoring operational risk profiles and translating complex control insights into clear, actionable executive narratives. Manage a team of associates while championing data-driven decision-making, optimizing end-to-end process efficiency, and driving succession planning. Lead the identification, escalation, and remediation of risks to ensure timely governance and sustainable business performance.
