Job Summary
Lead the team in executing a multi-year strategy to elevate data analytics within Business Continuity & Resilience, utilizing advanced techniques to automate continuous assessment and analyze large volumes of data. Develop and implement processes for operational resilience, including data analytics and monitoring programs, while leveraging analytical tools to support risk assessments and ORR frameworks. Independently challenge assumptions regarding technology supply chain risk evaluation and exercise efforts, ensuring compliance with DTCC's Global BCR Policy. Assist with ongoing resilience and disaster recovery exercise assessments. This role supports the delivery of DTCC's BCR program to ensure enterprise functions maintain recovery capabilities during serious events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Extensive knowledge of Financial Services
- Extensive knowledge of Business Continuity
- Extensive knowledge of Disaster Recovery
- Extensive knowledge of Operational Resilience
- Extensive knowledge of Cloud Computing
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Capability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse stakeholders, including business, IT, vendors, and other key partners
- Ability to leverage latest productivity advancements, including AI, to drive next level results
