Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d) / Notfallbeauftragter (m/w/d) Bank

Manage business continuity systems (BCMS) and develop them according to BSI 200-4 standards. Conduct regular business impact analyses, interpret results, and derive actionable measures. Create, maintain, and coordinate emergency, business continuity, and recovery plans. Develop prevention concepts, exercises, and tests while supporting business units in implementation. Collaborate closely with IT to align IT emergency planning and test runs. This role requires multi-year experience in emergency management or a relevant degree, along with knowledge of ISO 22301 or BSI IT-Grundschutz 200-4. The position offers performance-based compensation, flexible hours, and 30 vacation days.
