Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing a Business Continuity Management Program to ensure CRD operations continue during disruptions and recover within a reasonable time. Key duties include conducting risk assessments, coordinating business impact analyses to determine critical processes, developing and maintaining business continuity plans, creating tools and dashboards to measure performance, advising stakeholders on risk matters, and aligning the continuity framework with emergency management requirements. Strong skills in communication, policy development, research, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint; experience in training material development and program governance.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years' directly related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant professional certification
- Valid BC Driver's Licence
