Business Continuity and Crisis Manager (m/w/d)

Develop and expand resilience and incident management strategies aligned with DORA regulations. Analyze business-critical processes to implement risk-minimization measures and plan, coordinate, and document incident drills and recovery tests. Conduct awareness training and consult business units on business continuity protocols. Collaborate closely with IT service continuity, risk management, and external partners. Coordinate crisis staff and ensure smooth communication during emergencies. Serve as the central contact for internal stakeholders and external audit bodies.
