Business Continuity Analyst – Operational Resilience & AI Automation

Job Summary
Conduct continuous, intelligence-driven readiness analysis for critical processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows to strengthen operational resilience. Support the modernization of Business Continuity programs by developing strategies, plans, risk assessments, and testing activities while partnering with Disaster Recovery teams to triage technology recovery initiatives. Execute Business Impact Analysis, dependency mapping, and cross-functional collaboration to identify gaps, opportunities, and required changes in vendor and system readiness. Utilize Agentic AI to replicate Business Continuity Plans, map Key Computerized Systems, and generate insights for continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional participation in BC/DR exercises, document outcomes, and present data to stakeholders to inform program standards and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Risk Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Agentic AI principles
- Ability and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes
- Leadership experience leading, influencing, or supporting the efforts of diverse teams
- Approachability and comfort building rapport and collaborating with diverse individuals
- Creativity and adaptability to make business continuity, disaster recovery, and AI-enabled resilience concepts relevant and relatable to staff around the globe
- High motivation to recognize and resolve issues quickly
- Ownership and high expectations for self and the program while working diligently to achieve results with a systems and automation mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Degree educated in a business-related, information systems, computer science, risk management, or related subject
- Strong/proven project management skills to meet deliverables and goals
- Familiarity with Business Continuity principles and working knowledge of Disaster Recovery concepts
- Experience supporting BC/DR plan development, process analysis, dependency mapping, testing activities, risk assessments, and operational resilience initiatives
- Experience using automation, AI, or Agentic AI to improve business processes, planning activities, workflow efficiency, or operational resilience
- Experience applying AI or Agentic AI for plan replication, process mapping, dependency analysis, reporting, or exercise generation
- Experience integrating automation or Agentic AI across multiple platforms to collect information, generate insights, or orchestrate workflows
- Experience developing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, including fallback, override, recovery, and escalation processes
- Experience helping ensure policy and standard compliance for AI or Agentic AI builds
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to analyze data and present information to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong learning agility, initiative, and follow-through
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams and independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
