Job Summary
Leads end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements in a technical delivery team, translating business challenges into structured technical insights and scalable architectures. Responsibilities include business analysis, solution design, software development support, testing, and implementation; developing artifacts such as business cases, customer journey maps, process maps, technical designs, user stories, and test scripts; collaborating with internal/external developers, architects, analysts, and SMEs; and supporting proposal development and growth initiatives. Requires translating data and qualitative findings into quantified business benefits and robust technical frameworks, with hands-on software engineering capabilities to assess feasibility, risk, and maintainability of client solutions. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 months of related consulting experience, with strong communication skills for workshops and presentations to both business and technical audiences. Hybrid work arrangement in North Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 12 months minimum consulting experience
- Demonstrated experience in technical solution design, process mapping, and translating business challenges into structured technical specifications
- Practical understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud technologies, or automation tools
- Strong data analysis capabilities for business cases and future-state solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client workshops facilitation
- Ability to mentor junior team members
