Job Summary
Provide consultancy and training on NEC Revenues and Benefits products, delivering sessions on-site and via webinar. Carry out presentations and demonstrations for clients while making recommendations on best software use. Contribute to new consultancy offerings and attend user groups to assist with product development and guide creation. Progress knowledge of relevant legislation and extend team capacity through internal mentoring. Ensure customer satisfaction by feeding product issues to stakeholders and support management decisions as priorities shift across product management, business analysis, or testing.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise and extensive up to date knowledge in one or more of the following business areas, NEC products or Services: Revenues (Council Tax and/or Non-Domestic Rates)
- Expertise and extensive up to date knowledge in one or more of the following business areas, NEC products or Services: Benefits (CTR/CTS and Housing Benefits)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve in demanding circumstances
- Ability to work on own or part of a team and on multiple projects in parallel
- UK Driving license
- willing to work away from home as required
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK
- Documentary evidence will be required
- All offers are subject to satisfactory vetting, references and occupational health checks
- Depending on the nature of the role a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check may also be required
Desired Qualifications
- Integration / Interfaces (with NEC R&B products)
- Experience of working with customers and / or external agencies
- Experience of delivering training and / or seminars
