Job Summary
Lead end-to-end client implementations within the CounselLink platform by facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, and business process reviews to understand complex requirements. Translate client objectives into scalable system configurations across Legal e-Billing, Matter Management, Claims Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. Develop testing strategies, execute system and user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot functional issues throughout the lifecycle. Manage project deliverables to ensure scope, timeline, and quality expectations are met while creating user guides, training materials, and documentation. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, deliver presentations and demonstrations, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Periodic travel may be required to support engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing, configuring, or consulting on CounselLink, legal operations software, or comparable enterprise technology platforms
- Experience in business analysis, consulting, or client-facing implementation roles
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Experience configuring and supporting enterprise software solutions
- Knowledge of software implementation methodologies, testing processes, and deployment activities
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience developing documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience identifying and managing project risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate challenging client situations with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
- Periodic travel may be required to support client engagements, team meetings, and industry events
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of corporate legal departments and legal operations processes
- Understanding of legal terminology, legal billing, matter management, and contract lifecycle management
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation technologies, or process improvement initiatives
