Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of Certified Business Owners by acting as a trusted advisor to improve operational performance and profitability. Coach franchise owners on best practices through regular site visits to evaluate service quality, ensure compliance with JAN-PRO brand standards, and implement corrective action plans. Facilitate onboarding and training programs while delivering practical recommendations for business growth and customer retention. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to provide resources and support needed for success across the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned market
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business consulting, franchise support, account management, customer success, operations, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, influence others, and drive positive business outcomes
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze operational challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Experience with other business technology
