Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive business assessments, analyze advisor practices, and deliver strategic advice on business planning, human capital, operations, and M&A. Manage client engagements through project coordination, relationship management, and reporting while designing and implementing resources to improve performance and satisfaction. Facilitate live and virtual presentations, conduct on-site meetings, and lead coaching initiatives to develop advisor skills and team morale. Travel up to 50% of the time for client offices, speaking engagements, and professional development seminars. Utilize Salesforce to track activities and manage opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of business consulting and practice management experience in the financial services industry
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered
- Must be able to speak with prospects
- Must be able to facilitate discussions
- Must be able to deliver live and virtual presentations to large and small groups
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of their time
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
