Job Summary
Business Configuration Analyst responsible for designing and configuring benefit packages for the claims processing system, collaborating with Sales, Implementation and IT. Responsibilities include analyzing benefit package requirements, providing feasibility feedback, entering benefit data, setting up and revising policies, onboarding new groups, handling member/in stakeholder inquiries, maintaining workflow documentation, and recommending operational efficiencies. Requires post-secondary education in a related field (or equivalent experience) and experience with data analysis tools (Discoverer, SQL, PowerBI); strong communication and customer service mindset; permanent, full-time role with flexible work options in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, computer science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience with Discoverer, SQL, data analysis, PowerBI
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
