Business Conduct & Rules Senior Executive

Oversee ABO business activities to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies, including investigating alleged violations and collaborating with the Sales Department to resolve conduct issues. Lead cross-functional teams addressing unauthorized selling of Amway products by monitoring online eCommerce sellers and taking legal actions to remove intellectual property rights. Analyze sales data to identify unusual patterns and anomalies, generating reports to inform strategic decisions and work with the risk audit team to enhance risk management processes. Develop and deliver training programs educating ABOs on best practices, Amway values, and business stewardship while promoting ethical conduct across employees. Monitor digital communication and social media mentions to assess compliance and address negative sentiments, ensuring standards remain clear and actionable. Respond to helpdesk inquiries and execute other duties as assigned by the Head of BCR or Country Manager of Singapore.
