Job Summary
Develop and execute change management strategies for transforming transitions while conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness gaps. Align change plans with business goals, CPO policies, and legal requirements, then design and deliver clear, consistent communication plans tailored to diverse audiences. Craft messaging for leadership updates, employee briefings, and external partners, managing channels like email and town halls to ensure transparency. Partner with stakeholders to coordinate activities, facilitate workshops, and act as a trusted advisor on communication tone and strategy. Monitor track adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on feedback and business outcomes. This role supports the NATO Communications and Information Agency's critical enterprise-wide IT infrastructure in The Hague, Netherlands, requiring a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business, HR, or related field
- 5+ years in business communication or cultural change management
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
- Some travel to other NATO sites may be required
