Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of delinquent commercial loans and related credit products; conduct outbound/inbound calls and email with business customers to assess repayment prospects and determine appropriate actions, including transfer to Workout/Special Assets; collaborate with Relationship Managers and CAM partners to determine collateral type, value, and loss-mitigation strategy; thoroughly document loan relationships and support recommendations; perform skip tracing as needed; stay informed on market trends affecting portfolio performance; maintain adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards; contribute to loss mitigation efforts and overall portfolio performance through proactive customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- A combined 3 years’ higher education and/or work experience with a minimum of 1 year collection experience or customer services/sales experience
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
