Job Summary
Design, document, deploy, and support Business Central projects from end-to-end, including UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases. Manage small and medium-sized implementations across multiple Dynamics NAV and Business Central versions, working closely with product owners to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions. Lead design workshops, write user stories, and document technical approaches based on customer requirements while managing workloads independently in agile environments. Handle configuration, customization, and reporting using Jet Reports, Power BI, or SQL as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Dynamics NAV/BC full life cycle implementation experience
- Good Exposure in configuration and documenting customization
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- Experience of documenting technical approaches for user stories based on customer requirements and knowledge of the system
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work Independently
- Team player
- Good Project Management skills
- Ability to document customer requirements clearly & concisely
- Capability to manage workload and projects independently
