Job Summary
Business Building Executive responsible for delivering territory growth in Subic by executing commercial programs, strengthening trade partnerships and improving product availability and visibility. Shapes in-store execution, ensuring pricing/presence standards, activating programs to drive demand and offtake, and using field insights to identify growth opportunities. Focuses on consumer engagement, pricing compliance, and performance monitoring to inform strategy, with field-work across the Subic territory and a starting schedule that begins early in the day.
Required Qualifications
- With driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
- Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
- Field sales exposure is an advantage
- With relevant sales/ trade marketing projects and initiatives
- Proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Work Location: Subic Sales Office – amenable to field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office
- Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:30 AM
