Job Summary
Own a defined territory in Zagreb and drive B2B sales across kiosks, tobacco shops, and independent retailers; manage end-to-end territory planning, visit schedules, and deployment of sales initiatives. Negotiate with customers, ensure product availability and in-store execution of the portfolio, coordinate with 3rd party field teams, and lead local accounts to ensure agreements are implemented. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution across retail and B2B channels, and empower retail staff with product knowledge and engagement at the point of sale.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (economics, business administration or related field)
- Experience in field sales with exposure to customer-facing activities
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage a territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- Valid driver’s license
