Job Summary
Business Banking Virtual Specialist engages with Chase Business Banking clients to deliver tailored financial solutions and exceptional service. Responsibilities include: conducting daily outbound/inbound outreach to clients via phone or email; collaborating with service teams to resolve issues and improve survey feedback; assessing client cash flow, cash management, card, payment, and credit needs; building relationships with clients and internal partners to connect them with bankers or specialists; adhering to risk management practices and regulatory requirements. Requires solid communication skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to work virtually with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a portfolio management role, or related business/customer service experience.
- Proficient in customer contact through inbound and outbound calls and video conferencing.
- Proficiency in written communication with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to determine priorities and maintain a balanced work approach to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to proactively build relationships with clients and internal partners, and influence others in a fast-paced environment to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to take initiative and develop rapport to build and maintain client relationships virtually; to identify opportunities and issues by asking targeted questions to assess current client needs and goals; and to assess and recommend viable and appropriate solutions for the client.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
