Job Summary
Role focuses on proactively engaging with Chase Business Banking clients to deliver tailored business banking solutions, build relationships with internal partners, manage risk, and provide education and problem resolution through virtual and multi-channel outreach. Responsibilities include conducting daily outreach via phone and email to deliver comprehensive business banking solutions, collaborating with service teams to resolve issues, addressing client feedback, understanding business cash flow and transaction channels to recommend cash management and related solutions, identifying client goals to connect them with bankers or specialists, adhering to risk management practices and regulatory requirements, and leveraging strong communication and relationship-building skills to support business clients virtually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a portfolio management role, or related business/customer service experience.
- Proficient in having customer contact through inbound and outbound calls and video conferencing.
- Proficiency in written communication with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to determine priorities and maintain a balanced work approach to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to proactively build relationships with clients and internal partners, and influence others in a fast-paced environment to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to take initiative and develop rapport to build and maintain client relationships virtually; to identify opportunities and issues by asking targeted questions to assess current client needs and goals; and to assess and recommend viable and appropriate solutions for the client.
- Preferred qualifications include Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, general knowledge of core Business Products and Services, including Deposit, Lending, and Cash Management, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
