Job Summary
Support Business Banking clients with Treasury Management, online banking enrollment, setup, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing account administration. Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments to resolve service requests while providing backup coverage for the Treasury Management Officer during onboarding, documentation, and client support activities. Maintain customer files, gather required documentation, and assist with monitoring Treasury Management activities, including preparing reports and risk assessments. Serve as a primary or secondary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate support across all business banking needs.
