Business Banking Specialist

Business Banking Specialist responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in revenue, leading proactive lead generation and appointments inside/outside branches, delivering differentiated client experiences through deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners (PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, Mortgage) to grow referrals and client relationships. The role emphasizes leveraging product knowledge to tailor solutions, escalating risks appropriately, and guiding clients from acquisition to onboarding and servicing. Strong emphasis on client-centric service, advanced conversation skills, and cross-department collaboration to identify client needs and translate them into actionable sales strategies.
