Job Summary
Senior Relationship Manager for Bank of America’s Business Banking in the Kansas City market. Manages a portfolio of complex clients with annual revenues of $20-$50 million, acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable relationships. Acts as trusted advisor, collaborates with teammates and Product Specialists across Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions. Responsibilities include leading client conversations on industry context, alternative capital structures, and business issues; coaching peers; adapting to evolving sales practices; and driving cross-selling opportunities by leveraging knowledge of financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess client needs and trends.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit and portfolio management in business banking or middle market sector required
- Management of an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $20-$50 million
- Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends
