Job Summary
Business Banking Relationship Manager I responsible for cultivating new business from small-mid-sized clients by providing financial guidance, managing relationships, and promoting banking solutions. Drives sales through a minimum of 10 client/prospect calls weekly, targets borrowing needs under $3M and revenue under $10M, collaborates with internal banking partners to deepen relationships, assesses client needs to tailor solutions, ensures credit quality and policy adherence, and maintains accurate call records while supporting clients with ongoing inquiries and account management.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant business development experience in a customer-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence others, as well as strong computer and analytical skills
- A valid driver’s license and travel, including some overnight stays
