Business Banking Representative

Business Banking Representative at Starion Bank provides primary support for commercial loan processing, portfolio servicing, and client relations. Responsibilities include initiating and processing commercial loan applications in compliance with regulatory and internal policies, assisting with portfolio management (loan advances, paydowns, payment issues, wires, and other servicing needs), serving as the point of contact for business clients to resolve account-related needs, meeting with business customers to open accounts, close loans, complete profiling information, resolve documentation exceptions, and obtain additional information, and supporting assigned business bankers to meet service deadlines and Starion standards. The role emphasizes customer service, regulatory/compliance adherence, and collaboration within a community-focused banking team.
