Job Summary
Contact customers for updated financial information and loan agreement compliance requirements. Complete customer financial reporting requirements, submit company and personal financial statements, and prepare borrowing base certificate submissions. Evaluate and submit compliance certificates, maintain internal financial reporting tracking systems, and prepare annual credit reviews and Officer memos. Support the Team Lead with prospecting, cross-selling, and loan structuring. Full-time role at Commerce Bank in Pittsburg, Kansas, with an hourly range of $30.55 to $40.85. Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; valid driver's license needed.

- Intermediate loan documentation knowledge
- Basic credit analysis skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and meet Commerce Bank's driving record criteria
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education of experience
- 1+ year banking/financial services experience
