Job Summary
Develop and manage a portfolio of small business loan and deposit relationships; solicit new business, manage risk and credit decisions, and service existing clients through the bank’s relationship management program. Collaborate with branch partners to maximize sales of cash management, merchant services, and other bank products; network with accountants, attorneys, and referral sources to grow the business; evaluate credit information to structure loans, negotiate with underwriters, and drive revenue while managing risk; achieve sales goals and actively participate in sales sprints and community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related sales/banking experience
- Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good understanding of Cash Management, Merchant Services, and Trade Services products for Business Banking customers
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products
- Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and branch staff to service clients
