Business Banking Relationship Manager IV

Job Summary
Responsible for business development, relationship management and client experience of companies with annual gross sales of at least $2MM and generally less than $10MM. Develop revenue growth by identifying needs and providing needs-based solutions and services, including loans, deposits, and treasury management, while collaborating with product partners and utilizing the One Bank Consultative Sales approach. Cross-sell applicable Commercial & Treasury Management services to an existing portfolio, coordinate credit requests with Credit Officers, and maintain proactive client relationship reviews. Utilize CRM for activity tracking and pipeline management; travel regionally as needed; position may be located in a Financial Center; strong communication and analytical skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience; minimum of 3 years managing business banking or commercial relationships preferred
- Formalized credit training or equivalent credit risk experience required
