Job Summary
Provides Business Banking services to small business clients and actively manages a portfolio of Business Banking loans. Works with the Retail Branch Network to develop, facilitate, and manage lending needs; partners with Branch Managers on training; engages potential customers through networking, referrals, and outbound calls; builds long-term client relationships; collaborates on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; delivers consultative financial solutions and superior customer service; ensures compliance with laws and bank policies; performs closing activities and supports the client through the loan process. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years' Business Banking or lending experience; strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation, lending services, consultative sales, communication, organizational and analytical skills; proficient with MS Office and loan origination systems (nCino preferred); willing to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years Business Banking or lending related experience, preferably in a financial institution, required
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
