Job Summary
Develop and manage lending for small business clients; build relationships with existing clients; identify prospects via referrals and calls; collaborate with Branch Managers on training and sales goals; ensure loan quality and compliance; provide consultative financial guidance and support through the closing process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years Business Banking or lending related experience, preferably in a financial institution, required
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- nCino Loan Origination System experience preferred
