Job Summary
Manage strategic client relationships in Business Banking by generating, retaining, and expanding lending, investment, and deposit portfolios for companies with $1MM to $10MM annual revenue. Develop new client leads through referrals and direct prospecting while monitoring account profitability, credit quality, and compliance. Act as a consultant to enhance client cash flow and efficiency, conducting detailed credit analysis, loan structuring, and financial statement reviews. Negotiate loan proposals, write commitments, and present to underwriters or loan committees. Serve as the primary link for Treasury Services, International, Trust, and Cash Vault, utilizing CRM consistently. Participate in community activities to expand the network. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of business banking sales experience. Compensation range is $67,869 - $99,836.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree OR equivalent work experience
- 2 years' proven business banking sales experience
- strategic sales knowledge selling to small business owners
- business banking product knowledge and product innovation
- awareness of market/industry trends
- ability to source/produce efficient credit opportunities
- knowledge and understanding of commercial lending practices and loan documentation/loan servicing requirements
- knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry
- proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
