Job Summary
Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues up to $5 million and actively manage and deepen relationships with high-value clients. Drive growth of profitability, identify and develop opportunities, prospect and network to acquire new client opportunities, and open core small business accounts following procedural guidelines. Manage end-to-end client journeys to meet needs, refer specialized opportunities to clients, deliver a branded customer experience within aligned sales portfolios, collaborate with partners (Merchant, Practice Solutions, Treasury, Business Banking) to increase opportunities, leverage credit knowledge to advise on solutions and digital capabilities to help clients meet short- and long-term goals, support execution of the sales delivery model to achieve growth, and coach/guide associates and clients while exemplifying a client- and employee-centric culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics or related field or seven years of relevant work experience
