Job Summary
Business Banking Relationship Management Manager at Wells Fargo leads and develops a team of business bankers focused on customer relationship development, experience, and risk management. Drives revenue growth by onboarding new customers, deepening current relationships, and retaining credit or deposit balances. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and risk control, collaborates with peers and leadership on hiring, training, and performance evaluation, and manages resource allocation for Small Business Banking. May involve needs assessing and referring customers for dwelling secured products to SAFE team members; LO requirements under Regulation Z apply. Strong leadership, collaboration, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential for success in this role, which includes on-site responsibilities at the West Palm Beach location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to visit business banking employees, customers, and prospects within an assigned market/geography; onsite presence required
- Compliance with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements for Loan Originator (LO) per Regulation Z
