Job Summary
Originates business from the banking center and surrounding community, builds superior client relationships, and provides financial solutions by soliciting new business, cultivating referrals, and delivering effective service. Actively participates in sales management and officer call programs to meet individual and departmental goals; conducts outside sales calls, advances product knowledge, ensures compliance with bank policies, and supports the bank’s credit culture. Requires strong communication, self-motivation, team collaboration, high energy, multitasking, and adaptability to evolving regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a financial services company required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales/new business development experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.
