Job Summary
The Business Banking Officer is responsible for business origination in the banking center and community, ensuring compliance with bank policies. This role involves soliciting new business, maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales activities, and participating in community events. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in financial services and 5 years in sales/new business development, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal skills, a high energy level, and the ability to multitask are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years' sales/new business development experience
