Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with small business customers and prospects through proactive calling, networking, and community involvement. Meet with clients to identify financial needs and recommend lending, deposit, and treasury management solutions while achieving established goals for loan production and deposit growth. Manage and monitor the business banking portfolio to ensure strong asset quality and customer retention, conducting preliminary credit analysis and gathering necessary financial information in accordance with Bank policies. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, execute sales and calling plans, and represent the Bank in civic and professional organizations to enhance its market presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of business banking or financial services sales experience
- Demonstrated business development, relationship management and portfolio management skills
- Solid knowledge of business lending, deposit products, treasury management services, and related banking products
- Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales and growth goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Must be able to transport up to 20 pounds
