Business Banking Officer - Milford/Franklin

Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with business clients to understand their financial needs and goals; prospect and develop new business within a Milford/Franklin territory; act as a trusted advisor offering tailored financial solutions; evaluate financial statements and credit reports to assess creditworthiness; structure and negotiate loan terms including interest rates, repayment schedules, and collateral; cross-sell banking products and services; collaborate with credit analysts and underwriters to ensure timely loan processing; monitor loan portfolios and identify upsell or restructuring opportunities; represent the bank at networking events and community activities; require a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience in banking with proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years sales experience selling bank products and services to business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and business objectives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software applications
- General commercial credit knowledge
