Job Summary
Originates business from the banking center and surrounding community while meeting department and bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs; conducts business development activities, solicits new and existing clients, maintains referral sources, delivers superior customer service, educates clients on bank products/services, ensures compliance with policies, and participates in community affairs to increase visibility and opportunities. Requires strong verbal/written communication, self-motivation, teamwork, high energy, organization, multitasking, and occasional travel; role may include outside/face-to-face client engagement and conference/meetings, with flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in a financial services company
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales/new business development experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
