Job Summary
Drive business and treasury growth by building relationships with new and existing clients to expand the bank's treasury management client base. Develop and execute a marketing strategy to attract prospective customers, while collaborating with branch staff to customize solutions that align with unique client objectives. Proactively engage in business development activities, establish new relationships, and present tailored proposals addressing specific financial structures. Meet with prospects to assess needs, document interactions in 360 View software, and provide product training and onboarding support. Monitor client risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent the bank at community events and industry seminars.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- Intermediate experience in treasury management, sales and implementation
- Thorough knowledge of banking practices, principles, operations, policies, and procedures
- Proficient in using the Internet, email, and Microsoft Office applications
- Frequent local travel within the designated market area
