Job Summary
Oversee loan accounting systems, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines to ensure comprehensive issue resolution and robust asset management. Lead communication between credit underwriting, legal, and document preparation teams to facilitate timely loan closing and resolve complex due diligence discrepancies. Mentor team members on risk identification, mitigation, and process improvements while coaching relationship managers on portfolio management strategies. Monitor outstanding assets, exception pricing, and covenant compliance to maintain internal control standards and escalate significant risk issues to senior management. Drive project improvements and training initiatives to enhance team efficiency and adherence to company risk appetite.
Required Qualifications
- Currently in the Sr. Relationship Liaison role
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of banking/financial industry experience (in lieu of a bachelor's degree)
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Adobe DC, Sales force, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Proficient in banking systems, policies, procedures, regulation along with broad knowledge of state and courthouse filings
- Experienced in lending operations to include business banking loan approvals, financial statements, and loan documentation
- Position requires four days in the office per week
