Business Banking Data Scientist

Data Scientist III focusing on production-ready ML/AI solutions for banking applications at ING. Collaborate with external consultants, ensure knowledge transfer, and assume ownership of projects upon delivery. Apply diverse DS techniques to business problems, build scalable models with Python, Spark, SQL, and deploy on cloud platforms (GCP and others). Strong stakeholder management and communication are required to translate analytics into customer value, including applications like propensity-to-buy marketing analytics and transaction categorization. The role operates in a project-based team of 2-3, within a global bank culture that values curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.
