Job Summary
Provide business banking customer service and support to Business Banking Officers by assisting with sales and service activities, processing and reviewing business banking documentation, and promoting merchant services and remote deposit capture installations. Deliver professional service to clients and internal staff; handle administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and communications; participate in client calls and annual reviews, assist with prospecting and growth opportunities, and cross-sell bank products. Maintain confidentiality and foster effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Responsible for demonstrating a professional image and supporting the bank’s customer experience across functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.
