Job Summary
Senior-level Credit Sr Associate role within Chase Business Banking Risk Team focusing on Quality Control of Credit Analysis & Reviews, governance initiatives, and reporting. Responsibilities include QC of credit decisions, ACES tool management, reporting oversight, identifying error trends, driving training, and preparation for audits/reviews. Requires strong credit acumen, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data/reporting skills.
Required Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience in Credit Analysis & Reviews, Risk Quality Control, Audit, Compliance or Risk Management
- Knowledge of risk and control assessment process
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve measurable results
- Skills & experience to manage targeted portfolios (e.g. formal credit training, traditional lending products, treasury and cash management product knowledge, problem loan experience)
- Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics preferred
- Knowledge and experience with data management and reporting tools - Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, SAP, Snowflake preferred
- Knowledge and experience with multiple programming languages - Excel, VBA preferred
- MBA or professional certification preferred
