Job Summary
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal partners to resolve inquiries, support loan processing workflows, and ensure positive customer experiences. Review and process requests for portfolio management, loan modifications, closing documentation, and funding requests while evaluating qualifying criteria against program and regulatory requirements. Maintain disciplined adherence to compliance and control standards by ensuring completeness and accuracy of loan documentation and performing data entry with exceptional attention to detail. Monitor internal reports to identify and process requests mitigating risk, report customer complaints to the Office of Customer Advocacy, and escalate risk-related issues to management. Maintain organized records related to accounts, products, and customer interactions while upholding the Bank's credit risk-management culture.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- minimum 2 years of customer service experience in Banking, Retail, or Credit
- combined 4 years of relevant education/work experience including 2 years of customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- PC proficiency and comfort with key software applications
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with sound judgment and professional discretion
- Knowledge of business banking products, systems, and workflows
