Business Banking AI & Process Optimization Leader

Lead AI-driven and process-optimization initiatives within U.S. Bank's Business Banking Sales organization. Translate complex AI/ML concepts into actionable business strategies, communicate recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, and monitor the impact of implemented solutions to maximize value. Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve sales performance, operational efficiency, client engagement, and banker effectiveness. Develop and maintain an AI initiative roadmap aligned with strategic priorities, evaluate use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness, and deliver end-to-end optimization that reduces risk and scales across the business. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, technology, and analytics teams; drive user adoption and behavioral changes; prepare executive-level status updates and business-case recommendations; and act as a trusted advisor on AI capabilities and industry trends. Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and related policies; support disability accommodations as needed.
