Job Summary
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of business banking members while developing long-term relationships to achieve department and branch goals. Execute weekly sales plans to consolidate existing business and attract new accounts through community networking and external referrals. Provide ongoing advisory services, conduct annual account reviews, and initiate collections for delinquent accounts to maximize fund recovery. As a licensed MFDA Advisor, deliver wealth and investment solutions and refer clients to product specialists as needed. Achieve or exceed sales and growth targets while adhering to risk policies and completing internal certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Mutual Funds License
- 4 years retail/business/commercial lending or commercial credit experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Excel and Word
- Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures
