Job Summary
Acquire new loan clients and manage existing relationships by preparing and analyzing financial statements, spreads, and collateral adequacy. Develop presentations for the loan committee and deliver exceptional customer service while solving complex problems. Work independently and cooperatively with team members in a full-time, Monday through Friday schedule at our Spicer location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in successful loan portfolio management
- Thorough understanding of accounting practices
- Ability to read financial statements
- Ability to understand complex financial measures such as cash flow and other financial ratios
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work cooperatively with other team members
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
